IT service provider Login International Group B.V. (Login) is specialized in the automation and management of desktop environments, using various virtualization techniques. Login furthermore offers managed services and sells its in-house developed (virtualization) software products. Today, more than 500 large and medium sized companies in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium utilize the expertise and services of Login.
The company was founded by Eric-Jan van Leeuwen in 2002. He attributes the success of his company to the integration quality of the solutions Login offers: “Login uses an intelligent migration approach. In addition, we find it important that, after implementation, the solution is manageable for the customer. We are proud of our diverse customer portfolio. Both public enterprises and companies in the financial services, transport/infrastructure, industrial, healthcare and other market segments make use of our services. ”
Together with Écart, the management of Login realized a Management Buy-Out in the holding on July 20, 2012. The Login management acquired a majority share in Login. Écart acquired a minority share.
Four years later – on July 20, 2016 – Log sells its consulting activities. The Dutch, German and Belgian companies in which the Login consultancy activities are executed, are owned by Orange Business Services, with retroactive effect from January 1, 2016. Neocles, the subsidiary of Orange Business Services, is a prominent player in the field of desktop virtualization In France. With the acquisition of Login Consultants, Orange strengthens ithe Neocles team with 135 experts. The expansion enables Orange to further expand its desktop virtualization business in Europe.
Login International Group will be fully focused on the development and sales of software. Login has successfully launched several software solutions in recent years. Principal focus is the software component Login VSI. The latter subsidiary has an office in the heart of the American Silicon Valley since mid-2013. Apart from Login VSI – which product has more than 700 customers in 49 countries – the Login development team developed products such as Login PI and Automation Machine.
